Strategic Human Resources Management
Drive HR strategies to align with the company’s goals and business direction.
Oversee compliance with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Review and verify employment documents, contract renewals, and employee offboarding records.
Manage disciplinary actions, including investigation committees, warning letters, and attendance monitoring.
Employee Engagement & Well-being Programs
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and participation.

Exit Process Management
Conduct Exit Interviews and analyze statistical data related to employee turnover.

Oversee company welfare programs, including onsite infirmary, compensation fund, social security, hospital visit support, wedding/funeral benefits, disaster relief, and ordination support.

Qualifications:
At least bachelor’s degree in HR, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.
At least 7 - 10 years experiences in Human Resource Business Partner, or HRM.

Experience in employee engagement activities, welfare administration, or HR compliance is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook especially in Excel.

Responsibilities:
Answers the phone for the sales department and channels sales leads to the appropriate sales representative.
