Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of recruitment team to support all of recruitment process.
  • Handle all recruitment process since sourcing, advertising, running selection process, interviewing and offering the job in order to get right person in timeline period.
  • Maintaining and updating information for online channel (Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, etc.)
  • Making sure that the office has a good environment, clean and well organized for our recruitment team and candidates visit.
  • Support other administrative tasks related with office work.
  • Provide and support HR’s activities and other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality only. age between 25-30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Have an experienced in Human Resources Management, especially in recruitment field,IT knowledge or related background would be advantageous.
  • Possesses problem solving skills, has a results oriented attitude and is a creative thinker.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure, dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.
  • Good command of both verbal and written English is a must.
  • Ability to proactively execute and manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly motivated, with good analytical skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Performing accounting functions including month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing to ensure that all transactions are maintained timely and accurately
  • Reviewing all accounting activities including AP, AR, Payment, etc.
  • Reviewing petty cash and reimbursement
  • Preparing and reviewing Vat Report, withholding tax and corporate with revenue department

 

Qualifications: 

  • Male or Female age over 28 years old
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting, with CPD is preferred.
  • At least 5 years working experience in accounting function, including more than 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Having Knowledge accounting standard and MS Office
  • Flexible, responsible and dedicated in order to complete the job on time.
  • Good human relationship and strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Having knowledge about ACCPAC is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for international/ local conference and event management in both private and governmental sectors
  • Plan, schedule and monitor project timelines
  • Manage and monitor project budget to ensure revenue, and expenses are administered within established boundaries
  • Manage and monitor team and subcontractors to ensure guidelines are maintained and the quality standards are met
  • Ensure effective information sharing and communication among team members and contractors


Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality only
  • Male or female age around 30-45 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields 
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in DMC/ PCO 
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, detail oriented, calm 'customer-focused manner', work well under pressure and able to work overtime
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written (having at least 780 is preferrable)
  • Able to travel upcountry or abroad 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for international/local conference management in both private and governmental sectors
  • Plan, schedule and monitor project timelines
  • Assist Manager on managing and monitoring project budgets to ensure revenue and expenses are administered within established boundaries
  • Monitor team and subcontractors to ensure guidelines are maintained and the quality standards are met
  • Ensure effective information sharing and communication among team members, volunteers and contractors
  • Provide advice on the management of projects to team member
  • Other tasks assigned by superior

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in conference organizer / project management
  • Good computer literacy
  • Good command of spoken and written English (Able to use third language will be an advantage)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, enthusiastic, result-oriented, flexible, and able to work overtime
  • Have plenty of energy, a calm 'customer-focused' manner, the ability to cope with pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Able to travel either to upcountry or abroad
